Deleted Listings from Amazon Mexico and Now Have Stranded Inventory

As per a recommendation in these forums, I deleted my listings from Amazon Mexico because I wasn't selling anything there, but kept getting charged the monthly fee to sell on Amazon in Mexico. Someone advised to delete my listings there and that would resolve the problem.

I was successfully able to delete my listings, however now I received a stranded inventory notification! This confuses me so much. I still have active listings in USA and Canada. Why would my inventory be stranded in Mexico? Is this an error?

The units still show available in the USA and Canada, but are classified as stranded on Amazon Mexico. What should I do?

Thanks for your advice.
