trademark infringement claim

Our listing was deactivated due to a trademark infringement claim. Based on a thorough review with our trademark attorney, we believe this does not constitute infringement; however, we’ve opted not to dispute Amazon’s decision. We’ve removed all potentially infringing terms, updating the product detail page, image text, backend keywords, etc. We've also had multiple conversations with account health specialists to find out the reasons for our appeal refusals and followed every guidance they provided exactly. Despite these efforts, all our appeals have been rejected. We may be missing something somewhere, but even account health specialists couldn’t pinpoint any further issues. What additional steps can we take to restore the listing? Any feedback or input would be really appreciated.

I would like to inquire on a few things to better assess the situation. The first being if this was a received complaint or suspected infringement? The requirements to address can vary depending on the situation, so another question is if the violation advises if this is a general trademark violation, detail page, or product issue? Based on your efforts to update the listing it does seem like this was an issue on the detail page.

I also wanted to ask if you can post your ASIN and any related support cases where you have provided your efforts to make the listing compliant. This will help me in looking further into the situation and offering any necessary guidance or support on next steps.
