Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page

Hi

I sell products for kids. After sending the Test Report and CPC, the Amazon team (Regulatory Intelligence, Safety & Compliance (RISC)) informed me that I should update the CPSIA Warning Attribute in the detail page. In the detail page of my product there is no CPSIA Warning column, and there is also no Safety Information column, where I could place the warning "WARNING: Not suitable for children under 3 years due to choking hazard".

I told the team that it was impossible to do this due to the lack of such columns. I placed the warning in the description and added a separate warning photo to the listing.

Several days passed, I did not receive any response. In 18 days my product should be disposed of.

I opened a case and chatted for about 1.5 hours, explaining the situation, during the conversation 5 managers changed. I explained the situation to each of them again and again, asking what I should do. Finally I was advised to file an appeal. I filed, I'm waiting.

Is there anyone who has gone through this?

I ask for help. Thank you.

Good Evening @Seller_yVDtZPMtyksLV,

I wanted to reach out in regards to the CPSIA warning documents you have submitted on CASE ID ending in 0441. It appears the RISC team has mentioned they are actively reviewing your newly submitted documents.

Please note it could take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days to process requests like this as the team receives a large number of compliance related requests. We ask for your patience during this time. If you have any other questions about best practices when it comes to submitting compliance documents, I have a discussion about this -->HERE<--

If you do not hear back from the RISC team by Friday May 2nd, 2025 please let me know and I would be happy to see what next steps we can take to escalate the documents to get reviewed. Thank you for understanding and have a good night.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Had a very similar issue (change CPSC warning in selection not available) and solved by downloading the spreadsheet (note section of seller central where you add product and templates are available) of a similar product that had the column activated, updating the spreadsheet w our product details then uploading. Not easy, but worked. It definitely should be easier (and tech should know this is an issue but they seem unaware during contact) but that fixed it. Good luck.
