Hi @Seller_W0IPRcZcAZzjK,

According to the Pricing Health page here, Amazon evaluates Featured Offer eligibility by comparing your total price (price + shipping) to:

  • The "Competitive External Price" - the lowest price found at other reputable retailers
  • Recent price history both on and off Amazon

When your price increased, it may have exceeded one of these thresholds. Under "Frequently asked questions" on the same page, Amazon explains that offers become ineligible when "your total price is above the Competitive External Price when we have one available, or otherwise when your total price is significantly higher than recent prices."

To regain eligibility, you might want to check the "Pricing Opportunities" section of your Pricing Health dashboard. There you can see if your price needs to be adjusted relative to the Competitive External Price or recent price history.

Hope this helps explain what's happening with your listing!

Best regards, Michael
