Hello Community. When trying to add our product and pressing the submit button nothing happens. Anyone else having/ had this issue?

We have had the product/ brand approved for selling however, we cannot get past the stage of finsalising.

All the Amazon videos and other sellers screens show save and finish but we are getting submit. Not sure what the issue is but its like its just stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.
