Listing changes
Hi - I have made changes to my listing via seller central and they have not appeared after 4 days. When I speak to them they just keep sending me this email but i dont know what any of this means. I buy my stock from China, I am the owner of the listing and the only private label seller of this item. There was some confusion about the brand owner (when I tried to make changes automatically through Zonguru) but I never made a brand so tried to sidestep that problem by manually making changes through seller central. This is the email they keep sending me:
Before we can process your request, please provide us with the following additional information
- The correct values for the attributes that you wish to update for the product.
- We need you to provide one of these valid forms of documentation:
- Manufacturer’s or Publisher’s (for books) website link clearly showing the suggested changes, along with visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.), if available.
- Manufacturer’s catalog (Product User Manual), either scanned image of the physical catalog or PDF version showing the suggested changes, along with visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.), if available.
- High-resolution product pictures, clearly showing the suggested changes, along with a visible product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.).
- A high-resolution photo of the item in its original packaging showing the product identifier (UPC, EAN, ISBN, etc.) code and the attribute or attributes that you need to change
We request you to take this extra step and provide us with all the information needed so that we can ensure you get the correct resolution for your query.
