14 digit TIN for a Non US resident

Please, hear me out on this. I am a foreign seller and not a U.S. taxpayer. I have a 14 digits code of Uzbekistan TIN. I would like to enter this number in the Tax Information Interview Page into the field of Tax Identification Number. I trying to provide my Uzbekistan 14 digits TIN, but the field is restrected only by 9 digits. This 9 digits restricting bug preventing me to enter my official government issued Uzbekistan TIN. Please help me to go around this bug.

It appears that you still have outstanding verifications needed for the INFORM Consumers Act. If you go to your Seller Central home page and navigate to 'Account Info' by going to the gear/setting icon in the top right you will be linked to the remaining verifications that are needed here.

It appears that you have started this process but have not yet completed it because of the character limit you mention above.

Have you opened a case with Seller Support on this yet? Simply follow the hyperlink above to get started. Provide relevant screen shots and try to be as thorough as possible in your first message to them. That would be the next best step here so that they can help to troubleshoot.
