Amazon Status not updating

we have been shipping since 1 year with Carrier and no problem, since 2-3 weeks we are been flooded daily with email with bad faith customer claiming that package has not been delivered and then requesting refund where the actual tracking shows delivered. They based on the Amazon Order status. The carrier Sales Director also confirmed that they are working with amazon fixing this, please see below order ID and screenshot of customer Account where they shared the same but there are much more

if you can urgently bring this to your IT dept to fix this. we did open a case # 15599350491 , but like every other case the Amazon India Support Call centre team is useless and only replies with auto templates which is not even related to the case.

This is the same type of bug that happened with Purolator in April, please look into this

You really need to study the list of INTEGRATED carriers. That is a list of carriers that the tracking gets updated in Amazon. You are using GSL, which is in the list of EXEMPT FROM VTR but will NOT be integrated for the Amazon bots to see.
This is the key here ^^^^^^

I'm still finding the correct path to escalate this and have this fixed for you, however I haven't been able to find the correct resolution.
I'll try something else, but that I need you to provide a recent case ID in which you have escalated this to Seller Support and the case is resolved. I'll try to engage our specialists to resolve this on your behalf, but I do need a case that you opened within the last 3 weeks.
