Amazon Refunds At First Scan - Not Working?
Hi,
All my returns in the last couple weeks are not being refunded at first scan, this has already cost me a couple A-Z claims and lost me more money, has there been an update in the system that were not aware of??

I came on to say the same thing - what do I do now? Refund as the item is damaged but if I refund, I'm concerned I won't be able to file a SafeT claim
