See All Buying Options
Why are a majority of our products not having the standard way of adding to cart or seeing prices, most of them have the "See All Buying Options" yet we are the only seller on virtually al of our products. We will sell through FBA and FBM on quite a few listings but it a lot of our best sellers and our sales have been dipping hard because of this.
We had a sale that just recently ended so could that be it somehow or what is the issue here? We simply can't afford this to keep on happening and to this point our support tickets have been no help.
They're saying we are ineligible for the buy box but how is that so when we are the only seller and our account overall is in excellent shape with no issues in metrics.

This won't help -- but you should have that column added to Manage Inventory (if you do not already). You can then see at a glance if you are buy-box eligible for that SKU.

Please note that Featured Offer eligibility is based on a variety of factors that can affect the customer experience. These factors are evaluated for all sellers, even if you are the only seller. Below are a couple of examples:
1. Type of selling plan: If you are fulfilling orders yourself, you must have a Professional Selling Plan. Learn how to upgrade to a Professional Selling Plan.
2. Metrics: Your Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Late Shipment Rate are metrics that help determine eligibility - the better you perform, the higher your chances are of becoming Featured Offer eligible. You can see how you're doing on the Account health page.
