Dear Moderator,
I am requesting a review of this A-to-Z claim, which was appealed but denied in error. This is a clear case of bait-and-switch fraud that violates Amazon’s policies.
We shipped the customer a used unit in working condition with serial number PB203013239, but they returned a different unit with serial number PB205001712. The item was returned within a few days, but the unit they sent back is not the same one we shipped.
I am requesting that the funds for this order be reimbursed to my account and that the ODR impact be removed accordingly. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I understand the situation you are experiencing with the A-to-z claim where a different unit was returned based on serial number verification. Thank you so much for providing all the information and the order ID. I have reviewed the case and I was able to gather the necessary details to escalate this to our internal team.
