Lost Inbound Packages to FBA
How does Amazon justify a FBA shipment plan of 198 units inbound. 32 boxes and over 28 boxes show delivered, Amazon logged in 4 units. They have denied my invoices continuously without any information and keeps repeating the same exact thing. I have lost so many units inbound over the last year. I am struggling managing FBA between lost inbound and customer return theft! This is so terrible!

Any chance they are scanning a case as an each?

Yes. It is happening with most of sellers. I have sent inventory to FBA and amazon put it in lost. This is my first shipment of FBA. This is trending in now a days. How suddenly increase this type of cases. How many sellers lost their inventory and now where these inventory located.( in amazon warehouse). What they will do with these inventory. There are many seller who did not get reimbursement for it from a long time as per seller forum, When they came up on forum to get resolution then no one support them.
This is very ridicules for sellers, They are not loosing their inventory, lost their valuable time also. Do your own shipping.

Keep an eye out on Woot.com for your stuff, Amazon is notorious for selling "lost" shipments on woot for pennies on the dollar.

This is pure theft and fraud by Amazon. It's time to contact local authorities, of the delivery destination warehouse, and file a report.

Hello @Seller_LTKNBSA8M6Gyf I asked our partner team to review that case and determine if there is any information available to you beyond what has already been shared.

I buy raw material and make my product in my garage then ship to FBA. Amazon investigation is demanding proof of purchase and ownership document, original invoice, even though I am the sole manufacturer.
Seems to me there is massive outright theft going on in amazon warehouses, instead of demanding documents from sellers they should focus their investigation on their employees working in receiving inbound to FBA.
I am now spending more time filing complaints than moving my products.
In my first shipment to FBA of 48 units delivered by preferred carrier UPS with receipts, receiving reported 23 received. This means there are 25 units missing or stolen at warehouse PB13. First claim rejected.
My second shipment to FBA of 48 units delivered by preferred carrier UPS with receipts, receiving reported 27 received. This means there are 21 units missing or stolen at warehouse PB13.
My third shipment to FBA of 48 units delivered by preferred carrier UPS with receipts, receiving reported 27 still in receiving. This means there are 21 units missing or stolen at warehouse TMB8.
My fourth shipment to FBA of 48 units delivered by preferred carrier UPS 4/16/25 receiving reported only 6 units, still in receiving. This means there might be 42 units missing or stolen at warehouse TMB8.
Someone please investigate receiving employees, not sellers
So far all my shipment lost approximately half what I sent.

Yes this is exactly what we are experiencing! They are stealing our goods and wow surprise they happen to be selling the goods on amazon resale program... They are straight up stealing our goods and not reimbursing or reimbursing us at a major lose!
