Why has FBA been really slow lately processing inbound inventory??
I have noticed recently, several of my FBA Shipments show as Shipped: 20, when in fact DELIVERED with no further movement.
Another shipment shows: FC transfer: 40 for days and days with no updates.
I have another Hgh Value shipment I sell at $4,875.00 that is totally lost.
Delivered July 10th, Checked in July 11th and Transferred.
My item does not display anywhere in my Inventory, it just disappeared.
I opened case WhseTransfers which means internal FC transfer from July 14, 2024
I have been getting no where with Support cases and very frustrated.
What is happening with FBA Staff lately? We pay for the service and deserve better as sellers who support your jobs by using your services. Please help!!

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.
Now, have you received a reconciliation date for your shipments yet? Once that date arrives, you will then be able to request an investigation. You can find more information on this process in this help page. I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
