MOD help needed- Brand highjacked on product and Seller Support refuses to restore correct Brand Name
Hello mods! Could someone please take a look at my issue? The brand name was changed on ASIN B07T7Y18WD from "Allen R. Shuffleboard" to "DOGNNAK" and seller support refuses to change it back because a change to the brand name goes against Amazon policy. How is it possible that this other brand was able to highjack my listing and now I'm unable to get any support to help restore the brand name - which is clearly on the product itself (and registered with Amazon Brand Registry).
Case IDs where I've tried to have this corrected: 16995329181, 16994299581, 16993778451, 16989195421

Your brand is so incorrect that its laughable. Hopefully a moderator can see that. But because its a brand hijacking, I dug deeper to see how much information I can uncover.
I looked at all of your listings in every market.
The only two shady markets are AED and SA but it appears its not connected to the hijacking of your brand.
Hierro Global blatantly has a second account on the same listing. Its called Stafford USA. They have the worst ratings I have ever seen an account have so I went to the reviews which mention that Hierro Global is not actually sending anything. They just list items on Amazon SA and never send what customers purchase.
Unfortunately, they added your ASIN to their inventory but I do not see that as being relevant to your issue.
The USPTO website lists an owner from China who purchased the DOGNNAK trademark.
I looked up DOGNNAK on 1688, the counterfeit capital of the internet, expecting to see it there and I found it.
Also, Amazon China does not exist. Its on an app only. I am no longer able to see contributions for the China marketplace.
If that does not scream shady, I do not know what does.
- Also, I looked up your trademark. Not only do you have a trademark, your trademark is registered as you filed in 2021. I see that you attempted Brand Registry, but it was not done correctly. If a moderator is able to quickly revert your brand name, I suggest you request more information on Brand Registry and how to properly use it. Had it been properly registered, your brand would have never been hijacked in this manner. Make sure you do not forget to link your merchant ID to your Brand Registry terminal.
- Adding A+ content will not only help your sales, it scares off hijackers.
- And one final reminder. If you, for some reason, ever receive a DMCA counter claim from a seller your know is selling counterfeits, they have given you permission to sue them into the next lifetime, even though they are based out of another country.

Hi there @Seller_faQOqtScXV7Di,
I've reviewed your ASIN and it looks like the Brand is now fixed. I do appreciate the ammount of research provided by @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbv and do recommend you ensure your Brand Registry is fully active to help prevent this issue in the future. Please let me know if you have any other concerns with this ASIN. Than you for your understanding.

Hi @Glenn_Amazon,
The brand has been changed, but I'm still unable to make updates to the product. Additionally, I received a Product Detail Policy violation for changing the brand to DOGNNAK which is still showing on my compliance page. As you can imagine, that was a surprise, considering that I did not violate Amazon's policy by changing my brand name to another. Case ID 16995329181 is still open as "pending Amazon review."
Are you able to help me get access to making product updates to this ASIN or remove the policy violation that I did not commit?
Thank you!
