Shipment Plan Closed - 90 days
Hello,
I am in urgent need of assistance. My Shipment plan ID FBA17G6R7LXK was closed due to it being open for longer than 90 days. Seller support suggests that I need a proof of delivery for the shipment to be open however My goods recently arrived at the Amazon fulfilment centre and got rejected due to the fact there is no open shipment plan.
Please assist as I am stuck and needing my shipment ID to be opened manually

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to provide some context.
If you have already sent your shipment prior to closure, unless your carrier has a confirmed dock appointment, ensure your carrier returns your inactive shipment since it is no longer expected from the assigned fulfillment center.
If your shipment status changes to "Closed" while your shipment is in transit, you need to ask your carrier to go to Carrier Central (https://carriercentral.amazon.com) and confirm that they have a valid and active delivery appointment. Once the appointment is confirmed, the fulfillment center/s will receive the shipment as planned.
Does your carrier have a confirmed dock appointment?
