New Seller - Invoice Requirements
I am a new seller to Amazon and am having issues getting approved to sell a certain brand. I purchased directly from the manufacturer with the minimum quantity requirements met. I have an invoice with the specific ASINs, qtys, supplier info, my business info, etc... along with an LOA authorizing me to distribute the brand's entire catalogue.
Even with all of this info, I am continually rejected when applying to sell. Amazon states "The document provided is not legible. You must provide an invoice that is legible and ensure that no information other than pricing is redacted."
I did not redact any information, and all of the content is legible, in English, etc...
Lastly, I plan to sell/ship to FBA, but I can't create the labels until I'm approved to sell the product. If Amazon requires the invoice to show "shipped", how exactly can I do that without the specific FBA warehouse that it will be shipped to?
I'm stuck in a loop here and would appreciate any guidance on how to solve the issue. See below for example screenshots of what the invoice / LOA look like.
Thanks.

Good Evening @Seller_u8PpEZoAazQkn,
Here is the list of the requirements for sourcing documentation:
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
Additionally, a letter of authorization can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer. If you have a relationship with the brand, you can to be added to their list of approved sellers through Brand Registry. Once that has occurred you can attempt to list again and if you still have any issues reach out to support letting them know you are now in the brand's Brand Registry approved list.
Lastly, linked here is our Seller University resource that addresses Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell.
Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the information shared with you above. Hopefully this will help standardize your application and it won't get auto-rejected anymore.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
