Customer left as Negative review without contacting us
Hi, A buyer left us a negative review, and there is no way I can find the Order ID since as a seller I would love to make it right to my buyers.
Seeking assistance on how to proceed on its removal as the item was randomly packed and if in case they claim it as small, technically, span life for it wont be long.
Please do let me know how to proceed. Thanks!

If you are not brand registered you are not allowed to contact Amazon's buyers for a negative review. Nor can you find the name and the email.
Amazon doesn't remove reviews.
