Amazon lost my shipment and won't refund me
Amazon lost my shipment of a brand new style. I uploaded all necessary documents and they keep rejecting my case. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this resolved? I uploaded an invoice from the manufacturer, proof of purchase, shipping details from UPS, description of goods. Help!

My colleauge @TaylorR_Amazonput together this terrific guide on What to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment, which has information on needed documentation, and the process for launching an investigation into a shipment to Amazon. I would recommend reading through that in full, and then proceeding through the directions on how to Reconcile your shipment.
