Customer makes false Authenticity Claim , Amazon remove listing, Customer returns fake item from another seller then realises mistake and accepts we supplied correctly. Amazon refund customer and fail to even respond
Customer returns item from another supplier , then realises mistake . I inform Amazon Not to refund and to re-instate my listing for Genuine items and remove error from my account... No response from Amazon to 4 messages other than to refund the customer !
