Can't list new items to brands I ALREADY SELL...

Ok, so I'm totally lost on this. Mods, HELP!

I've been an authorized seller for few brands that I created listings for and added those brands to Amazon's database. I do not own the brands, but I do know the brand/company owners personally. I've been selling these brands since I started in 2015/2016, so it's nothing new. I have tons of history of invoices, shipping tracking history and currently have those brands listed and active.

Recently, the brands added new designs that I wanted to add into my inventory... but guess what, BLOCKED! WTH, Amazon or someone restricted the brands and I cannot add, edit, or do anything to my own dang listings. That's frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. I opened a tickets multiple times. First I was told the brand didn't match what's molded into the product. I sent a picture of the actual trademark showing the specific brand I'm selling/adding more inventory into. Then they came back about they're not accepting applications for those brands... WTH? New sellers were able to start selling these brands. I provided Auth. letters/emails from the brands recognizing I'm authorized to sell all their product line, still nothing.

Seller support is useless. Their responses are copy & paste with the same crap.

Cases:

16697856131

16024827721

15780020441

15039327801

Thank you in advance.

Hi there @Seller_wIWpQn1VUQyEa,

I'm sorry you are having difficulties adding these products. In some instances Amazon limits who can create new listings for a Brand outside the Brand Owner. When you were denied did you attempt to get approval to list ASINs for this Brand through an application? Do you have a Case ID for that application? One solution that might be possible is requesting the Brands add you as a Reseller to their Brand Registry. You can check out Brand Registry Selling Roles for more info.

Thank you for your understanding and for providing more details on your issue.
