Missing Inventory when restocking FBA

Please help me, Amazon sellers, or Amazon staff.

I know this is a common issue, but I'm about to lose my mind.

Basically, I'm sending restock inventory to Amazon FBA, and it is not being received.

Completely disappear, and Amazon refuses to investigate.

I'm stressed about losing my Amazon FBA business. I've been selling Amazon FBA for years and have over 200 products listed.

I use transparency labels for some of my products, and these seem to be the ones that are causing issues, but I can't be certain of that.

I have UPS proof of arrival.

I have been through the help cases and contacted the managing director. All of this, of course, gets passed onto staff asking for the same information I cannot provide.

I've double- and triple-checked to make sure the stock I'm sending is correct.

I labelled them correctly and checked the labels with the Amazon transparency team.

I've even photographed and videoed the packing of my products. Wow, yep, I'm desperate. These images I've sent to Amazon

Yet still, Amazon doesn't look into it.

Generic emails asking for information I cannot provide, e.g., invoices

Why can't I provide these?

I've changed from a sole trader to a limited company. Names and addresses on invoices will not match.

I can send pro forma invoices and Alibaba payment invoices to match, but they do not have all the information they want, and it takes ages to get all these invoices because my stock has been bought over many years in bulk.

I'm worried about sending products to FBA because the same thing will keep happening.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to prevent the same things from happening or how to get someone at Amazon to investigate my missing or stolen stock?

We encountered a similar situation this week, and from our past experiences, patience is crucial. It often takes several months for Amazon to permit an investigation after acknowledging their oversight.

My recommendation is that when you've altered the 'business status' if the fundamental business details like names and addresses remain unchanged, it's a good idea to reach out to your supplier and request a modified invoice.

Additionally, you can present evidence to Amazon demonstrating that a change in the legal status of the business constitutes a transfer of stock or even a sale in itself. Essentially, you could invoice your previous business from your new one and backdate it, especially if you lack a stock audit or transfer inventory list from when you incorporated.
