New Amazon FBA seller - Unable to add listings: invalid debit/credit card

Credit Card Invalid Error when listing a product

I have been trying to list a product for weeks, and every time I try I get "You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Ensure that you have a valid credit or debit card uploaded in Account Settings."

I have tried switching to a different card, and even though my Account Health is healthy and I have verified that the credit card is a valid from of payment (we have already gotten charged for the professional plan) and it says it is active in our account info, we are still receiving this error.

I really need to get a listing up ASAP and customer service has been no help. I've opened multiple support tickets and they've told me A) that they can't help or B) said it was good to go when it wasn't. I used a live chat two weeks ago and the agent said that it would be resolved in 48 hours, and it wasn't. This has been a really really frustrating process that I really need resolved if anyone can help. My current case # is 17122089781

I have searched the forum groups for help, removed my debit cards, made a purchase using the credit card on file. I am still unable to add a listing. Amazon Customer Support and Amazon Seller Support have been of limited assistance only stating that I should wait and that "they are working on the ticket/case". I was just disconnected on a phone call and am extremely frustrated.

I have read through the forums but it seems as though someone from Amazon reaches out to help weeks later but there is no reply to find out how to resolve the issue.

Please if anyone can be of help, I would appreciated it greatly.

If you are still having issues, please ensure that you are using an actual credit card or debit card and not one purchased at a retail store? If you have, you can update it by the instructions here, however, I am not seeing any issues with your account at this time and you should be able to create your listings.

If you are still having issues, please create a new discussion and select Account Setup so they can investigate further.
