Remote Fulfilment Amazon Canada and Mexico
Hello,
I enrolled my product in Remote Fulfillment. All inventory is United States.
1. The listing automatically was created in Amazon Mexico, but A+ content is missing in Amazon Mexico although I have it in original listing in Amazon US. Why it's not showing up and how to fix that?
2. In Canada, the listing didn't automatically appear and I saw an error that Auto-Translation Failed. I went and manually created listing in Canada and then the inventory synced with Amazon US inventory. However the product is not buyable in Canada from my US inventory no matter which postal code I enter. (see screenshot attached). Additionally, the reviews and A+ content also are not appearing in Amazon Canada.
I contacted seller numerous times over phone and they never help. They just provide automatic responses and it's impossible to talk to them.
Last hope is to ask help from Community Managers. Please help me with this nightmare.

As these are issues in other countries, you will need to create a post in that country for the teams to investigate.
Regarding the reviews, I do see that they are appearing on the Canadian site. Once the listing is created, it can take up to 7 days for that information to update on other sites. As far as your items not showing up in Canada for sale, ensure that you have signed up for Remote Fulfillment as our system will not automatically enroll you in the program.
If you still need assistance, change the flag to the country you need assistance with and click on the New Discussion button and create a thread for each site. Then the team that has access to those accounts can review these issues for you.
