1-Star Feedback Misclassified – Product Review, Not Seller Feedback (701-4388785-5176263)
1-star feedback left on order 701-4388785-5176263 is clearly a product review, not seller feedback.
Buyer’s comment is only about speaker wattage specs:
“Don’t combine speaker power. Amazon says 240watt peak. 80watt rms. Speakers are 120watt peak. 40watt rms...”
No mention of delivery, communication, or seller experience. We also spoke to the buyer — no complaint about us, and they confirmed they’ll keep the product.
Still, support refused removal, stating the buyer received a different item — which is simply not true. The buyer’s issue is with how the power rating is presented, not the item itself.
This qualifies for removal under Amazon’s Feedback Removal Policy as it’s a product review mistakenly left as seller feedback.
