AMAZON DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT ( SECTION 3 ) EVEN WHEN I PROVIDED AN LOA !

Hi Amazon Sellers,

If anyone can help I received a section 3 on a product that I sell. Amazon said they wanted to verify goods and my identity, after a full video interview they asked me to upload documents. I uploaded my invoice / BOL / Registration for business / Bank Statements and LOA from the brand authorizing me to sell their products and Amazon still went ahead and deactivated my account while holding my funds. I am completely shocked and so disturbed that I can do everything legit and follow each and every rule and amazon will still choose to deactivate my account. I am somewhat of a new seller/account and went all in on Amazon this year preparing for everything and ready to build this account / business. My biggest complaint is for not knowing the exact reasoning behind why my account is now deactivated when I provided all the information and details. I will attach the email I got from Amazon if anyone can please help me understand the exact reasoning for this and what I can do to reactivate my account !!

@Cooper_Amazon is it possible you would be able to help? I was looking around on the forums conversations and see you have commented on a couple of other section 3 cases , I was hoping you would have any ideas of what really happened here. Thanks

I see that your account was deactivated for section 3 of the business solutions agreement and you have questions about how to address this.

Now, if you are asked to provide supply chain information to verify your product's authenticity, the invoices that you submit must meet our document requirements. Here are the requirements below:

-Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days

-Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain

-Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

-Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer

-You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review

Also, if you are submitting a letter of authorization from the brand, it must meet these requirements:

The five key terms which must be present in every IP licensing agreement submitted to Amazon are:

-'Licensor'–The company/brand providing the rights to intellectual property

-'Licensee'–The company/brand receiving the rights to use the intellectual property.

-‘Grant’–The intellectual property being licensed and the scope of rights granted

-‘Geographic Scope’–The specific territory or territories where use is authorized (may be worldwide)

-‘Term’–The duration of the authorization (may be perpetual)

Have you double checked your documents to see if they meet the above mentioned requirements?

If the information that you provide either does not meet the requirements or is unable to be verified, your submission may be denied. At this time, you will have the opportunity to submit new information for review. If the requested information is not received and verified, we cannot promise a resolution of this issue.

I went ahead and uploaded all information and still waiting for a response praying Amazon rectify's this decision and reactivates my account.
