Cannot get help on an Advertising issue due to broken link
I cannot believe i am writing this but if i go to help >Select Advertising on amazon >click on the button for advertising on Amazon the link takes me to a broken page. All i see is a white box and the option to return to the previous page. What are sellers supposed to do? all my ads are blocked due to an incorrect claim that my product has high sugar.
Anyone else have this issue or any ideas how to resolve. Have tried chrome and safari both taking me to the same page.
