Video call verification failed

I am a seller selling on Amazon from 1 year
I have successfully completed all verifications coming from Amazon
But few months ago they asked for video verification and I attended that
I have shown my Passport to agent and have given all other information which he had asked from me
The only misunderstanding which led to failure of video call verification and causes loss to my business was that
He asked for Bank statement and didn't mentioned that which Bank statement he needs
I have showed Bank Statement that had my residential address on it because at time of registration Amazon had asked for that so I thought this time again they need that
Because I was not aware of that which statement he is asking that's why I showed him that
And he also didn't guide me or asked for other bank statement
After few days I got email about failure of Identity verification
Then I started discussions on Sellers forums and have asked from friends which are selling on Amazon They told me that at that point I have to present Bank statement for bank account attached as deposit method
I have appealed many times explaining this misunderstanding but always got system generated replies
Now anyone can guide me is there any way to complete video call verification again?

Amazon likely needed to see the bank statement for the account you use for your Amazon sales in order to complete the verification successfully.
Amazon has stringent policies around verifying seller identities, and once the verification process is deemed unsuccessful, they are often unwilling to offer another opportunity.
