What happened to the FTW1 warehouse? Our FBA shipment has been registered on June 14th, and there is no receiving and put away yet.

FBA Shipment ID:FBA174DDTCRJ, According to the background, this shipment has been registered on June 14th, and has not been stored or put on shelves yet. It also showed yesterday that your shipment will be eligible for investigation if the inventory of the shipment is not received by July 4, 2023. But today is July 5, and the background shows that if the inventory of the shipment is not received by July 10, 2023, your shipment will be eligible for investigation. Isn't that incredible? Is the FTW1 warehouse going to die? July 10th, how do we secure PRIMES Day sales?
The same June 28 delivery is already put away. What are we going to do? Thanks!

Hi, you are lucky that at least Amazon has the registration information. Our FBA Shipment ID:FBA176GPZV6N, UPS tracking shows that it arrived at local UPS on June 19, and we haven't received any registration information until today. Now we don't know if UPS lost the shipment or FTW1 warehouse didn't receive it. We would also like to get an answer as to what happened to the FTW1 warehouse. Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to post this, and I apologize for the frustration this delay has caused. Historically, receiving delays occur throughout the network at various times for various FC related issues (staffing, volume, etc). I can't speculate as to what the specific issue is here, but my initial recommendation would be to open a Seller Support case related to this. I know the shipment isn't eligible for investigation quite yet, but it would still be good to request more information.
Let me know once you've done so and I can review the case to determine if there are options for escalation. It could just be that additional patience is required this time of year, but this will help us confirm that.
