Unknown charges on other marketplaces .IT

I've contacted Seller Support about this issue and as you can guess they are useless.

I've noticed a charge on my .IT deactivated account and haven't sold on that account since before BREXIT.

It's currently standing at £18.74 and slowly going up.

The card used to charge is the same as my .co.uk activated account and is my current and only Business banking card I use on a day to day basis. The .IT keeps sayng that it can not charge this card. Amazon SS have told me that they can not tell me what the charges are until I pay the amount.... Sounds like blackmail to me! They say they can not help until its paid in full.

Can anyone tell me what these amounts could be and how I should proceed.

Any Amazon Reps here, feel free to provide your input
