Last 2 month ago i downgrade my account. Now try to upgrade to professional plan. But it have a error. They saied im under the verification. But i not to seen that verification. Please help me.

Check your performance notifications. The professional account requires identity and address verification.

Connor from Amazon here, I don't see any outstanding verification actions that you need to take on your account.
You can upgrade to the professional plan by going to your global dashboard, then click on the Selling On Amazon --> next page --> Selling on Amazon again and you will see all your marketplaces.
From there, tick the Professional box and Apply Changes on the bottom of the page.
