Reconciliation - 'Please select option...' Error - Stuck!"

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a frustrating issue while trying to reconcile my February shipment. I keep getting the error message: "Please select option for each product under the status/action required column in order to submit this request." (Screenshot attached).

I've double-checked, and I believe I've filled out all the required information for each product. However, the error persists, preventing me from completing the reconciliation process. This is really impacting my inventory management.

Has anyone else encountered this specific error? If so, what was the solution? Are there any hidden fields or common mistakes I might be overlooking? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Can you please provide the shipment ID associated with this error? In addition, if you already have not done so I would recommend submitting a case with Seller Support to deep dive any systematic issues further.

If you already have submitted a case with Seller Support, please provide that along with the shipment ID!
