Brand hijacked; no response from amazon abuse submission
I have had my listings for 7 years and all of a sudden the brand Sioditin has hijacked one of my flavors. Just one. And now I can't edit or add any new variations to the product because the ASIN for the parent product has two flavors with different brands for each. It is clear by looking the brand page listed items that they are doing this to products in different categories that have 10-15 5 star reviews.
I submitted an amazon abuse complaint and have not heard back. Any advice on how to get this changed? I can't delete the listing because then I will complete be shut out of the ASIN.

I'd love to assist here. Do you have that complaint ID for me so I can look into this? Also, would you mind telling me the exact path you took to submit it?
For this instance, you'd want to go to Report Abuse and then select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product" providing information that the brand name is now different than when you created it!
