Reviews not showing up in variation family.
I created a variation and merged the listings however the reviews are not showing up, contacted seller support and was told 2 things, 1 variation is not contributing because it is showing unusual review activity. I think this is because of the merging of listings, as it's a new listing the ASIN only has 2 reviews. 2 The seller support associate I talked with said the new variation is not showing up under the variation family. He said he would escalate it and I immediately got a reply saying that it's because of the unusual review activity. Please Help!

I'm sorry you have had some issues with your product reviews. In general Amazon does not share the specifics of why reviews are removed but I'd like to review your Seller Support Case to see what options exist. It is unlikely I will be able to provide new information but I can appeal to see if there are any other steps. Thank you for your understanding.
