UK virtual verification interview issue

Because I didn't pay attention to the email during the Chinese New Year, I missed the Amazon virtual video verification time. Now I click the verification link according to the email prompt, but I can't jump to the video verification page. No matter how I try, it prompts:

Please help me contact the Amazon video verification team and help me make another appointment for the video verification time. I am free at any time, the sooner the better.

When did you receive the invitation for the video call?
