UK virtual verification interview issue

Because I didn't pay attention to the email during the Chinese New Year, I missed the Amazon virtual video verification time. Now I click the verification link according to the email prompt, but I can't jump to the video verification page. No matter how I try, it prompts:

We apologise for the inconvenience. It seems that you may not be eligible to participate in the virtual identity verification at this time. Please check the latest performance notification to confirm you have the correct link to the video verification: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/mario/ipi/IPISellerVerificationService/global/node/verificationRequired/render, Please try refreshing your browser page or clearing your browser cache and cookies before clicking on the link to see if that resolves the problem. If the issue persists, please contact Amazon Seller Support with any error messages that you see, so we can assist with your request.

Please help me contact the Amazon video verification team and help me make another appointment for the video verification time. I am free at any time, the sooner the better.

When did you receive the invitation for the video call?

Also, please share three time slots when you would be available to reschedule. I will then coordinate with the partner team to arrange the new meeting.
