مش قادر أضيف الحساب البنكي بسبب كود التحقق

أنا بقالي 3 أيام بحاول أضيف الحساب البنكي على أمازون، وكل مرة بيطلب مني كود التحقق ومش بيوصل خالص. كلمت الدعم قبل كده، وقالولي إن ممكن المشكلة تكون إن رقمي كان حاظر رسائل من أمازون، وبالفعل شلت كل الأرقام اللي كانت متقفولة أو محظورة من الموبايل.

بعد كده قالولي أغير الرقم المرتبط بالحساب، بس حتى كود التحقق اللي محتاجه علشان أغير الرقم مش بيوصل هو كمان! يعني أنا متعطل تمامًا ومش عارف أكمّل أي خطوة.

حد قابلته المشكلة دي قبل كده؟ أو يعرف حل؟ الموضوع فعلاً محبط وموقفلي كل حاجة.
