Cannot reverify my information, need help

Hi all. Hope you're doing well. Ive had an account for a few months and while selling my one item (multiple quantity) i was constantly (every 2 weeks) being told to reverify my identity. I always did that untill the last time about 3 months ago when i thought i was inputting something wrong that was triggering something to keep asking for reverification and when i clicked another option (sole prorietor) i wasnt able to go back and now im being asked to verify as a sole trader business i believe which i am not. I initially registered as an individual and still am one but im not allowed to go back. Ive been trying to get help from amazon verification support email for the past 3 months however theyre just not responding and my account is getting more issues for dormancy, not to mention im unable to sell things. Im hoping an amazon helper or another seller can assist me here on what to do. Thanks

Are you selling your own items that you no longer want - then you're an individual seller.

Or are you buying (or making) and selling items for a profit (it sounds like you are) - then however small, you are a business and you should, as a minimum, choose sole proprietor. This also means registering as self-employed with HMRC and possibly paying taxes on your earnings.

It's very clear and not open to debate.

Yes, as above reply, if you are buying goods to sell on for profit then you are a sole-trader (NOT Individual Seller - that type of account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items, such as books, CDs, DVDs etc, and NOT for selling NEW goods), and must have an Amazon Business seller account.
