missing sales rank but have sales on 40 ASINs
Hey everyone
I'm facing an issue where the category for over 40 ASINs has disappeared since Friday evening. Along with that, reviews have also vanished, and there's no category or BSR showing in the product details section, despite the category being visible at the top of the page. We have sales on these ASINs but have no sales rank
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or does anyone have insights on what might be causing this? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for a reaching out with your concerns with your products not having sales ranks or reviews. Are these products part of variations? In some instances it can take time for sales ranks to display after a variation is updated or if it is moved to a category without sales ranks. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue I can review and see what escalation options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
