Seeking Solution: Identifying and Removing Adult Classifications from Listings

We're dealing with a recurring issue of adult classifications on our listings, particularly with a select few yard signs. It's becoming a headache as we only discover these tags when attempting to advertise, apply coupons, or enroll in Vine.

Is there a more efficient way to identify which products in our catalog have been mistakenly labeled as adult? Rather than relying on sporadic checks during advertising, Vine, or coupon processes, are there any inventory files or downloadable lists available to streamline this process?

Insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Good Evening @Seller_HaBdJVeSdxh49,

We'd recommend you proactively fill out the adult information on your listing to prevent this from happening in the future. It's a good practice to fill out as much information as possible about your ASINs when they are first created to prevent other sellers from adding to open information spots on the listing.

You should go through your ASINs and ensure each listing is marked as, "Is Adult Product," and you can submit, "false" as the answer if it's unrelated to adult products (like your yard signs).

I hope this helps answer your question. Please let us know if we can help answer any more of your questions or you may reach out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a wonderful rest of the week.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
