As per other sellers' suggestions, if you have issues with your USA account, please reach out to the USA Account Health team directly. Each region operates differently, and we don't have visibility on other regions' account details or ongoing cases.
Additionally, I recommend posting your question in the USA Forums - you can easily switch to this by changing the store selection in the upper right corner to 'USA'. There, you'll be able to connect with USA-based sellers who may have experienced similar situations, as well as moderators who specialize in the US marketplace regulations and processes.
