INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire, Tax Verification (Reverify) request

Hello,

My account is active and healthy, but I have an orange alert in the app saying my account is at risk of deactivation. I haven’t received any email regarding this.

On March 14th, I saw a banner in the Seller Central App related to the INFORM Consumers Act, specifically requesting Tax Verification (Reverify).

When I clicked to reverify, It took me to the INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire.

My account is under a single-member LLC, a foreign non-resident owner. Following Amazon guidelines, I completed my tax interview as an individual (disregarded entity) and submitted the W-8 form as a foreign person (the tax information is complete in my account). However, in the INFORM Act Questionnaire, my personal information (name) appears with my LLC’s address, not matching the tax interview information.

I opened case ID 17424440381 to request the correction of this mismatch. Initially, The assessor on the chat told me that he would escalate the case to the specialized team, but today, I received a generic response stating my account cannot be activated (which is not true; my account is active). It seems the second assessor didn´t review the details of the case.

I need your support to solve this issue and correct the address that appears in the INFORM Act questionnaire to match the Tax Interview information.
