my account has been suspended
Hello good day, my account was suspended by amazon due to the dropship rules of my account on January 10, 2023, but I had taken my account on vacation on a date earlier than this date and I was not selling products, why I received this violation and how can I remove it. Can I reinstate my account?

Greetings, before sending the orders in your account, were you completely removing all the information about the company or wholesaler you purchased, if any, and providing shipping? Or did you buy it directly and ship it as is?

You received it because you were in violation of the drop shipping policy.
Follow the instructions in your performance notification under the section "How do I reactivate my account" and send in the documentation that Amazon requires from you, such as invoices for your products you listed and intended to sell, Brand owner authorization agreements, etc...

Hello @Seller_isOjimkfwS3ZS,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
I will need you to provide your deactivation notice you receive when the account was deactivated. There are multiple policies surrounding our dropship requirements, depending on the severity of the violation, you may be able to provide a plan of action, or we may require proof of compliance.
As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7, if your policy violation is related to our section 3 policy, in relation to the dropship policy, we will never accept a plan of action. This is a dispute only scenario that will require invoices, showing proof of possession of items, tracking information to show you or your related facility shipped the order. If we cannot confirm compliance, the account will not be eligible for reactivation.
Further to JPart2's response which covers some really good points.
Be prepared to submit a detailed Plan of Action (POA) that will outline the issue and a plan on how it won't happen again, etc...
As mentioned by @Seller_8FPYxVyFcABuF, if this is not related to the section 3 violation, we may ask that you provide a detailed explanation of your situation through the account health page questionnaire. This is provided when selecting the submit appeal, or reactivate your account button in the account health page.
As noted above, this will depending on how you were conducting business, and the specific type of policy violation you're encountering. Providing the requested information will allow us to follow up and offer more constructive guidance.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.

This is the most important point. Dropshippers and Arbitragers need to read this. There is no appeal, you have to prove that you were in compliance with Amazon Policy and provide exactly the documentation that Amazon requires from you.
You can not appeal with a Plan of Action, apologizing and saying you will never do it again. You have to have a valid supply chain from the beginning before selling on Amazon.
Retail Arbitragers / Online Arbitragers / Unauthorized Dropshipping need to take note. If you can not complete your appeal dispute for a Section 3 deactivation, Amazon can not legally release your money.
if your policy violation is related to our section 3 policy, in relation to the dropship policy, we will never accept a plan of action
