Commercial Liability Insurance
I had one really good holiday season during Covid where I just barely cleared 10k for one of the months. I didn't have a problem with the liability insurance requirement at the time because I was making decent money on the platform. But since then my Amazon sales have dropped off pretty dramatically and I can't justify the extra expense right now. Is there any way to get around this requirement now that I am nowhere near 10k in any given month?

I believe Amazon can consider exceptions on a case by case basis if you are unable to secure a policy. Check out the Business Insurance page.
