Amazon says I have embarrsing or sexually explict material which I do not, can't make coupon

Amazon is saying I can't make a coupon because I have potenially Embarrasing or sexually explicit imagery so I am suppressed. I definitely do not have either in my product! Its conversation cards for couples. I called and made a case but the person was not helpful and said that he couldn't do anything, and that's what it is. I don't have either of the issues so what can I do? Thank you!

The problem is the bot picking up key words, and that includes your product reviews.

I see words such as "sex", "intimacy" "stimulating", "adults", "sexuality topics" and on and on....

(By the way, I see a reviewer noticed spelling mistakes ON THE CARDS! I believe it, as I found them in your listing as well!)

Consider advertising outside of Amazon and drive traffic to your listing.

I appreciate you sharing the case ID so I could review the product in question, and do want to ensure you have our help page guidance on Adult products and Explicit sexual imagery guidelines, which indicates that listings should contain "No explicit sexual imagery or nudity: The product, packaging, or listing must not be sexually suggestive or intend to elicit a sexual response."

That page also covers Sexually explicit games as an adult product and guidance on Understanding coupon errors does indicate such products would not be eligible for coupons.

Understanding this product is likely intended to be more conversational and romantic in nature, I would recommend reviewing product details and content within imagery to move away from any content that may depart from the "clinical tone" discussed in the adult product page. You can then re-engage with our support team to understand if any recourse is available, or if the product would continue to be determined to be sexually suggestive or purposed to elicit a sexual response.
