Premium Delivery Eligibility - Plane Of Action help needed please
Morning All
We have lost our eligibility for Premium One Day Delivery. The reason is that our On Time Delivery rate has dropped below the required 97% (currently 96.4%). We have shipped every single order on time but Evri haven't delivered all of them on the next day (826 out of 857 were delivered next day meaning 31 were not hence the 96.4%).
I have submitted two POA's now, both of them have been rejected saying 'Greater Detail required'. I included as much detail as I could in the POA's, explaining that all the orders were shipped on time and I included an e-mail from my Evri account manager explaining what went wrong with the late parcels and what they are doing about it. The e-mail says for example that they ''found some orders were not scanned into the depot on the same day they were collected, They have reiterated to the depot manager the improtance of ensuring all Amazon parcels are scanned into the network on the same day'', etc etc.
What more can I do? Also, what control do Amazon think I have in regard to Evri delivering the parcels on time? I do have control over shipping them on time and not cancelling any orders pre fulfilment but it seems very unfair to punish me for Evri's performance?
Any advice as to where I can go from here with another POA would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

There's nothing more you can do. You failed to deliver a high enough percentage of shipments on time, so have lost eligibility.
This happens fairly often to us using RM Tracked 24. Right now we're sitting on 96/99, which is being rounded to 97, but is rightly being counted as less. It's really frustrating as all 3 of our delayed deliveries were the same day, so none will roll off before the others maximising the time we'll be ineligible, and at the worst possible time of year.
The metric is calculated over a rolling 30 day period. Once you surpass 97% again from old shipments rolling off, it will automatically be reinstated.
