Repeated Copyright Infringement Claims by the Same Competitor
A competitor has claimed that we're infringing on their copyright with our product. This is the same issue we faced two years ago with the same competitor when we successfully challenged their claim through a counter-DMCA and got our listing back after about three weeks. Now, as the peak sales season is approaching, we're facing this problem again, which seems like an intentional disruption tactic by the competitor. This is a seller to seller abuse.
The same seller has made an exact complaint against the same ASIN before. The complaint for that previous case was filed on November 3, 2021.
We have the account health assurance and trying to reach out to Account Health support but no luck connecting via phone. What could we do?
