Entire Catalog of Listings Deleted

I logged in yesterday to find all of my listings had been deleted from my catalog and all of my FBA inventory was stranded. Had over 30 listings as of 12/1 and then absolutely zero on 12/2. There is no evidence of a bulk upload or anything else that would have deleted our entire catalog in one fell swoop like this. Support could not give me any answers as to how this happened all at once. I'm working to add back all of my listings, add back automated pricing, and get our buy boxes back on all our ASINs. This was absolutely detrimental to our Cyber Monday and I would really like some insights as to what happened. Did anyone else experience something like this?

Good Morning @Seller_mAjbsv264NX28,

I wanted to reach out to you and check on this post. I see that you spoke with Selling Partner Support regarding this issue on CASE ID ending in 3341 and on December 8th, 2024 they shared that a few of your ASINs can not be reinstated at this time until additional documentation is provided such as:

  • Photos of all the sides of the product packaging.
  • Photos of the instructions included with the product.
  • The 510(k) number issued by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for this product.

Additionally, if the name of the product provided on the product packaging, instructions for use, or ASIN detail page does not match the device name provided on the 510(k), then also provide the following:

  • The device manufacturer’s FDA establishment registration number or the owner or operator number.
  • The device name as it appears in the manufacturer’s device listing.
  • A purchase order, invoice, or letter, all must be written in English, from the manufacturer confirming that the device was purchased from the manufacturer.

If the product does not require a 510(k), provide an explanation along with proof to support the 510(K) claim exemption.

CASE ID ending in 3341 automatically closed out since support did not hear back from you. If you have the information they requested readily available, please reopen the case very soon so they can continue working on your reinstatement appeal request. Have a wonderful rest of the week and take care.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
