We want to close account. Suppoort is no help.

I follow a link to close the account and I get an error in bother Chrome and Internet explorer.

The account says in the top left Amazon Product Ads. There are no funds owed or active ads or anything at all on the account..

Support keeps directing me back to the link to close the account. Not sure if this is due to poor support or maybe a poorly written AI script.

Only chat and tickets are available. Please help.

Hello @Seller_ESgmpFiZLKQAG,

If you choose to close your account, go to Settings and click Account Info. In the Account Management section on the right hand side of the page, click Close Account. Fill in all the required fields and click Send to submit your request. We will then contact you for assistance. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been closed, or an email detailing why your account can't be closed at this time and additional steps required. Note that you must close each regional account individually: North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia. If you keep any accounts open with a Professional selling plan and have buyable listings, you will still be subject to a monthly subscription fee. For more information on monthly subscription fees for merged accounts, go to Merging accounts. You can see a list of your global accounts here.

If you have a seller support case ID, please post that here in this thread.
