Account verification failed
Hi,
I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my account which has been deactivated for two weeks.
I received an email stating that I have selected the a wrong legal entity during registration.
And they request me to update my legal entity in Seller Central.
They provide steps to follow through "Identity Information" page. The issue is that the identity information page is not available now. I end up on a page saying that the verification has failed.
I have contacted the support team multiple time but I didn't get any help. I was told they will request for an internal review but what I get is the same link to identity information which doesn't pop up on my side.
With the risk of my inventory being removed in the coming weeks, I am deeply concerned about the potential disastrous impact on my business. I kindly request your immediate assistance in reviewing my request and reinstating my listing or providing clear guidance on the next steps.

I am about to have the same issue in 3 weeks.
We entered in our account verification information, and then 24 hours later they asked us for more information as they think it was a "wrong legal entity" during registration 5 years ago.
However, we uploaded our business registration, partnership agreement, tax info, and business account bank statement 5 YEARS AGO, and they are accusing us of being an Individual seller.
Their new system seems to have us classified as an individual seller, despite paying professional account fees for the last 5 years.
When we follow the instructions to go in and update our info, or even into the change legal entity screen, it does not take us to the page. It says the "page will refresh in 30 seconds" but never does. When we follow the link from the email to provide more info, same issue.
We are worried what will happen when the deadline comes in 3 weeks as nothing has been updated to provide more info and it seems to be stuck in a loop.

I do want to get you support, so I did work with another team to get more details regarding what might be occurring.
At this time, the information is minimal so they are in the process of reviewing the situation.
