Can't Complete LTL Shipment to FBA - Unable to Print Pallet Labels

I am experiencing an issue where I have created an FBA workflow, which was divided into 5 shipments.  I have printed all box labels, labeled all my cartons, and prepared all the pallets.  When I enter my pallet information, I receive the below error message:

3 Errors

[Carrier: UPS ]  UPS is unavailable because your shipment exceeds the maximum number of boxes that the Amazon partnered carrier can accept

[Carrier: Amazon Freight LTL ]  Unable to select Amazon Freight LTL. Please try again in a few minutes.

I am unable to proceed to the “Print pallet labels step”. There are other threads on the issue with no resolution. Has anyone had this issue and figured out a resolution?

Not shipping today and haven't done LTL in awhile, so this is just a stab in the dark ... did you put your freight ready date next week (M-F)? If yes, I'd suggest making a case (be sure to add screen shots, and the workflow id (bottom of the page). Hopefully it will resolve itself by Monday.

We've seen this before. I would suggest trying to change the freight ready date, making it a day or so later. Before that, I usually log out of the account and log back in as well, then re-access the workflow in S2A. It indeed is a very odd error, because you've not selected UPS at all. Seen it about 10x random times here.

Hi @Seller_9kxv7dY1Vfj9P,

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums! So happy to see that other sellers jumped in here to provide helpful insights and advice.

I'm just coming across this post and wanted to check in, has there been any updates to these errors?

If you're still unable to proceed with the shipment, please send me your case IDs. That way I can take a further look to determine the best path forward here!

Thanks again,

Jameson
