Request for Clarification and Resolution Regarding Account Deactivation
We are writing to express our deep concern regarding the recent deactivation of our Amazon business account registered under our LLC. Despite completing all requested verifications, including video identity, address verification, and most recently, face verification via video call, our account was deactivated once again in September.
After receiving a request from Amazon to submit a utility bill (gas or electricity), we provided our business license and all necessary company documents as we do not have utility bills in the name of our business. Unfortunately, this submission was rejected, and we were instructed to check the performance notification for the reason for rejection. However, we have not received any notification or email explaining the specific reason for the rejection, leaving us unsure of how to proceed.
We are dedicated to complying with all of Amazon’s policies and regulations. Our business relies heavily on this account, and the prolonged deactivation is causing significant disruption to our operations. We kindly request your assistance in this matter and would greatly appreciate clarity regarding the exact documents needed or any additional information required to resolve this situation.
We are more than willing to provide any further documentation or complete any additional steps necessary to reinstate our account. Please let us know how we can address this issue promptly.

Amazon has little tolerance for sellers who can't follow instructions.
Your submission may have been rejected because you didn't send exactly what Amazon requested. Send ONLY what they request, nothing more, nothing less. Sending documents they didn't request will result in a rejection even if you sent what they did request along with them.
Post the Performance Notification or email in which Amazon made the request for the utility bill. They usually ask for a utility bill OR business license.

I have reviewed your account and see that you received a Performance Notification here and you had 14 days to appeal after the verification did not pass. Have you contacted Account Health to see if there is any additional information they can provide? If you did, can you please provide that case ID?
